Tender - CMS intranet project

In the first half of 2025, Noxidsoft was engaged to consult on and project manage the Toowoomba Regional Council staff intranet upgrade, involving the migration of the Joomla CMS from major version 4 to version 5.

An as-is design replication and data migration effort, with minor improvements to the UI for content contributors.
