BitBucket to Github transfer

We have moved our application repository to Github due to a business policy change. This will allow us to distribute new applications and manage patches in a more timely manner. Any outstanding issues have been transferred to Github as well but we will continue to maintain both sets of repositories until the end of July, 2011.
